There being no objection, it was so ordered. **The presence of Representative Gara was noted. Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 423(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. **The presence of Representative Croft was noted. Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2004-04-15 House Journal Page 3334 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Gara: Page 2, line 20, following "vehicle": Insert "or other applicable" Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative McGuire objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" CSHB 423(JUD) will advance to third reading on the April 19, 2004, calendar.
